Processing & production. In\-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom\-printed items enter production after you approve the final artwork and our artwork review is complete; production typically takes 7–10 business days depending on the product. See Terms of Sale, sections 3 and 6.
Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment, based on destination and order weight. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. For other destinations, contact us at contact@unicornpack.com.
Duties & taxes. At checkout we show, for your destination, whether import duties and taxes are included (shown as a separate "Import duties & fees" line, with nothing further to pay on delivery) or payable to the carrier on delivery. Orders ship from China; for "payable on delivery" destinations, duties, taxes, brokerage or customs handling charges are the recipient's responsibility and are also stated in the Design Studio order confirmation and your order confirmation email. If you are a business, you can enter your tax registration number at checkout. See Terms of Sale, section 7.
Multiple parcels. Larger orders may be shipped in more than one parcel, sometimes arriving on different days. You will receive tracking for every parcel.
Delivery estimates. Orders ship internationally; typical transit after dispatch: Australia 7–12 business days · New Zealand 6–10 · United States 6–12 · Canada 7–9 · United Kingdom 6–10 · European Union: shown at checkout for your country. Remote areas may take longer. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and photos. We reprint or replace first and handle the carrier claim ourselves; see the Returns & Refunds Policy, section 7.
Our guarantee. We guarantee our compostable products will perform as intended for 9 months from delivery when stored correctly.
Storage. Keep products sealed in their original packaging, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Compostable materials are designed to break down — heat, humidity and UV exposure will shorten their usable life.
Order what you'll use. We recommend ordering a quantity you expect to use within about 6 months, and re\-ordering rather than stockpiling.
Not covered. Natural ageing beyond the shelf\-life period, and deterioration caused by improper storage, are not defects.
How we describe our products. We only make composting claims backed by third\-party certification, stated with the certification name, standard number and certificate number:
Certified compostable to EN 13432 (industrial composting) — OK compost INDUSTRIAL by TÜV AUSTRIA, certificate no. TA8012005003 (flexible packaging), certificate held by our group company Envirolution Pty Ltd (Australia).
Certified for home composting — OK compost HOME by TÜV AUSTRIA, certificate no. TA8022005005 (flexible packaging), certificate held by our group company Envirolution Pty Ltd (Australia).
